151647 This Tracker has a re-finished rudder, since having its damaged one replaced from Hurricane damage, but it still lacks the squadron's blue paint. National Museum of Naval Aviation, near the restoration flightline.
BU151646 (cn 179C) This tracker never flew with the Royal Australian Navy. It was purchased purely as a training aid at Nowra. It carries the markings of '853' the only Tracker ditched at sea whilst in service.
N12-153599 This strategically mobile Military Airfield is the Royal Australian Navy's Aircraft Carrier HMAS MELBOURNE, at Garden Island Dockyard, Sydney on a hazy day in 1969. She was in her hey-day in 1969, flying Skyhawk and Tracker aircraft and Wessex helicopters. S-2E Tracker Codes 844 and 845 are visible on her deck. Code 844 was N12-153599, acquired in 1967, and written off in the Nowra Hangar fire on 04Dec1976. HMAS MELBOURNE was paid off on 30June1982, and was towed out of Sydney for scrap metal in May 1984.
