N281PR Between all the scrap metal in Mojave, Scaled Composites makes some weird looking futuristic crafts. This is Proteus, a high altitude platform which can carry different types of payloads, mostly used for telecommunications and reconnaissance. Proteus can remain airborne for 14 hours and can be piloted or operated remotely. (Canon 20D)
