Photographer’s remark
A10-596 Queen Elizabeth II, Prince Phillip and Princess Anne arrived at RAAF Base Williamtown on a 34 Squadron HS-748 VIP aircraft, and departed in a limousine. Hundreds of Base personnel and their families turn out to see the Royal visitors. Base flying was cancelled, so the taxiway and Fighter Replenishment Area (FRA) in the background are uncharacteristically free of Mirage aircraft.
