YV-2081 has been missing since January 04-08 after it reported both engines out at 3.000 ft over the Caribbean enroute to SVRS. Note that there are no emergency exit windows and that the main door opens upwards. If they made a succesful water landing and the door was closed there is little chance they could have opened it once in the water.
